Blox Fruits: How to Get the Shark Anchor and Reach 350 Mastery

The Shark Anchor is a weapon that requires real preparation in Blox Fruits. Getting it does not depend on a single battle: first, you need to collect resources at sea, craft several intermediate items, create the Monster Magnet, then find and defeat a specific Terror Shark to obtain the required ink.
Once the weapon has been obtained, the work is far from over. Its mastery must still be raised to level 350 to reveal all of its abilities. Between ships to destroy, piranhas, sharks, and the boss’s sometimes unpredictable appearances, the hunt can be especially lengthy.
A sea hunt that starts with components
Before you can aim for the Shark Anchor, you need to gather the materials required for the preparatory crafts. Several resources are tied to sea encounters, meaning you will need to sail regularly, often with several boats in order to better withstand the attacks encountered offshore.
The process notably involves crafting a necklace, then a jaw. The latter requires resources such as the gold obtained from certain ships. Battles against ships therefore become a priority: you need to spot the right targets, attack them, and collect enough Full Gold.
Enemy ships are not the only danger, however. Piranhas, smaller sharks, larger sharks, and storms can interrupt the farming at any time. You also need to watch the damage you take: a ship can sink very quickly, and poor positioning against a boss can force you to start searching again.
Why Terror Sharks are essential
Terror Sharks provide several essential resources. In particular, they can drop Terror Eyes, which are among the components required for the Monster Magnet. Encounters with these sharks do not always guarantee the loot you want: dealing enough damage to the boss is crucial if you hope to receive a reward.
Farming Terror Sharks can therefore require many battles. Some defeated sharks do not drop the expected item, while others appear in difficult situations, surrounded by smaller sharks, piranhas, or other sea threats.
The Magma Fruit is useful here for dealing heavy damage, with attacks such as Volcanic Assault, Volcanic Storm, and Magma Shower. That does not make these fights risk-free, however: the Terror Shark can remove a large portion of the player’s health in very little time.
Piranhas are important as well. They can provide Electric Wings, another resource needed for progression. Their appearances can seem inconsistent, turning this phase into a long wait between encounters. You therefore need to eliminate the groups you come across and keep moving through sea zones without abandoning the other objectives along the way.
Crafting the Monster Magnet
Once the Terror Eyes, Electric Wings, and other materials have been gathered, the Monster Magnet can finally be crafted. This mythical item is a decisive step, but it does not directly grant the Shark Anchor.
The Monster Magnet must be used to target a much tougher Terror Shark, identified by its 195,000 HP. This particular boss can drop the ink you need. It is not enough to defeat any Terror Sharks in succession: you must find the right one, survive the battle, and contribute actively enough to its defeat.
The difficulty also comes from how rare this appearance is. Several Terror Sharks can be defeated without encountering the one with 195,000 HP. Even with the Monster Magnet ready, patience remains essential. You need to keep searching, return to sea, avoid unnecessary fights, and stay focused when the right boss finally appears.
Terror Shark ink, the decisive reward
Once the 195,000 HP Terror Shark has been found, the objective is simple: do not die, stay close enough to contribute damage, and hold on until the end of the fight. After a long series of encounters, the shark’s ink can finally drop.
This ink unlocks the Shark Anchor. Obtaining it marks the end of the component farming, but the weapon then starts at the bottom of its progression. To make full use of its potential, you still need to gain mastery.
This type of quest is reminiscent of the paths required for highly sought-after weapons in the game. Players who enjoy lengthy hunts can also consult our guide on how to get the Cursed Dual Katana in Blox Fruits, another weapon whose acquisition involves clearing numerous stages.
Leveling the Shark Anchor to 350 mastery
After obtaining the weapon, mastery can be raised by fighting enemies on land. Chocolate Island is a convenient place to chain battles and level the Shark Anchor quickly.
A stat reset lets you tailor your build to this farming phase. With stats distributed at 2,550, fighting the island’s enemies becomes more comfortable. The Buddha transformation can also help you stay close to targets while your mastery increases.
The first notable attack unlocked is Typhoon. It allows you to hold the attack and spin the weapon, creating a particularly spectacular continuous action. The Shark Anchor can also be thrown from a distance, making it more useful against several grouped enemies.
Reaching 350 mastery then unlocks Armor Breaker. This ability delivers strikes that can hit enemies around the targeted area. At that level, the Shark Anchor has two identified attacks: Typhoon and Armor Breaker.
A long weapon hunt, but immediately satisfying
The Shark Anchor takes time because every stage depends on specific sea enemies. You need ships for gold, piranhas for Electric Wings, Terror Sharks for eyes, then another specific Terror Shark for the final ink. Progress depends as much on the battles as it does on your ability to endure random appearances and frequent returns to sea.
This hunt can also provide access to other items and accessories. During the encounters, it is possible to obtain Chopper’s Hat, for example, although its appearance may not appeal to everyone.
